I’ve had such a positive experience with Kaiser Pharmacy, La Sierra! Their customer service is always friendly, polite, and incredibly patient, even when they’re busy. They take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear they prioritize great service, and I really appreciate how they balance being efficient with making sure all concerns are addressed. Highly recommend them for their excellent service and professionalism!

Went to the 24 hr pharmacy for my medications six of them on Halloween I was stressed out and Joey Britt and this gentlemen I didn’t catch his name nice stud earrings and salt and pepper beard were all very helpful I had a wad of ones money is tough and health is tough and all three made my pharmacy experience pleasant

The staff are helpful and professional I have never waited longer then 30 minutes for a prescription to be processed So close and convenient to my home Sooooo much easier then the hospital pharmacy

Service was good. Wait time reasonable—especially while waiting with a cup of coffee in the coffee shop. Best of all, my app always alerts me when my order is ready for pickup!

Yesterday I went to the ER , had to be in a wheelchair was discharged and told to go to this pharmacy. They said the pharmacist an Asian man came to the window which is three inches thick with glass and just a little speaker in the middle of the glass and the pharmacist had a mask on. I couldn’t hear him or understand what he was saying. Why would the pharmacist have a mask on behind a window of three inch glass ? It is a disregard for patient safety. I couldn’t understand or hear what he said. I left still not knowing his instructions or advice. Tell the pharmacists that behind a mask it’s completely muffled. Plus there was noise all around at the time which was 12:30 during the day.
