I'm not a Kaiser member, but my grandparents are and I take them here often. The whole place is nice, and is pretty wheelchair accessible, the staff working the counters are quick, and the walking path around the facility is a pretty decent way to pass some time while waiting for my grandparents' many, many appointments. The only complaint I've got is that their upstairs/front handicap parking is at a really weird spot that's not particularly useful to people who can't walk too well or need a wheelchair.
