The staff is amazing here, the two stars is because of the facilities. It’s like a dungeon down here, half the lights are turned on, and since it’s right next to the urgent care, there are a bunch of people wearing masks and coughing with the stanch of menthol. It’s a scary place to be, like right out of a zombie horror movie. All they need to do is turn on the lights and add some UV air purifiers, and maybe add a planter two and the place will feel like brand new. Also, they should definitely do a power washing to the front of the building.

I admitted myself in Kaiser Normandie Urgent-care in the same building on Feb16 2026 6:00pm for severe abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea, upon discharge around 9:30pm doctor prescribed me 2 medications, tired and exhausted I felt better about pharmacy in the same building, I checked in and was told within 20 minutes it will be ready I picked up my medicine and left. I was so exhausted I told the cashier that I won’t need pharmacist for directions as it was medication I reached home and found they gave me only one medication and I was charged for one medication, wondering about other medication I called the number provided on my medication and the receipt, no response only answering machine advising to contact mail order, so why provide the pharmacy phone number? The wait at for Medical assistance and Pharmacy pickup are Very Very long Every time I go to Kaiser. Even when I have a Appointment I have to wait 30 or 45 minutes. Good luck if you have to go to Kaiser. It might be a long Day for you.

This pharmacy is getting a highly-unusual five star review. I came in with a refill request for a prescription that had run out. The pharmacist went out of his way to help me get a 10 day supply. I'm out of my home city, and I've been traveling for almost a month. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they didn't subject me to unnecessary bureaucracy.

I went to the Kaiser pharmcy(in the normandie North building) at approximately 5pm on a weekday and waited less than 15 mins for my order to be filled. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating. It can get crowded, so a mask is recommended.
