Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Murrieta Medical Offices

This kaiser is alot nicer after the upgrades and more people helping with where to go and seeing people quicker. The pharmacy depending on the time of day has gotten quicker at assisting people but lines can still be an issue. Don't expect to get in and out in the mid or early afternoon.

I come here because it's closer and less traffic from Driving from Hemet to Moreno Valley Kaiser and I enjoy going to this Kaiser Murrieta and We both Come here to pickup our Pain Medication that Can't be mailed. The Employees are so friendly and I sure don't miss Driving to Kaiser Riverside Medical Center moved to Kaiser Murrieta once they opened but I'm 100% Disabled Veteran and they don't have enough Handicapped Parking spaces and 4 different times that I drove there I had to park at the very end of the parking area and because of my Disability it's hard for me to get out of my small truck because thr car parked next to me park so close that I had to wait 30 Minutes until the Lady who parked next to me was over the White Line and yelled at for telling her to please hurry up because I wa

Wanted to express my appreciation for Gia who works at the Murrieta pharmacy who went over and beyond her duty to resolve my issues with my prescriptions if not for her efforts I’d still be waiting for my medication. Excellent customer service!!!

Late night service till 9, but lately it's been so busy, there's more than 20 people in line at 8:45. Fewer people to process orders. Can be a really long wait sometimes, 45 minutes in line even though they fill really quickly.

The most disorganized pharmacy Kaiser has. The pharmacist as well as the techs could care less about the patients nor their wait time and it seems basic math is nonexistent. Fill you meds elsewhere and save yourself the headache and extremely long wait times
