Absolutely wonderful experience every time we come here. My son is level 3 ASD and has a huge fear of doctors offices. We went and saw a different pediatrician this time around due to his normal Dr not having any availability. The doctor we saw was absolutely wonderful and was very meticulous when taking care of my son for his shots. It’s a bit further away from my house but honestly with that level of care, it’s worth the trip over there. 10/10 would recommend

My aunt's in there. she's doing great. they take great care of her over there at Kaiser. get you some Kaiser great doctors nurses. very knowledgeable! they actually want to take care of their patients here at Kaiser

The pharmacy was quick, friendly, and efficient. It was a little busy when I was there, but I didn't have to wait long for my perscription. The waiting area is also spacious.

Outpatient physical therapy at Kaiser is abysmal at best. It's a complete joke. My teenage daughter had a sports injury in April resulting in a knee surgery. The first available appointment was SEVEN weeks post-op. After that, the best they could do was an appointment every 2 weeks and at those appointments they only spent 10 min working with her. They told us it would be 6 months to return to sports. We ended up going outside Kaiser and after 3 weeks of ACTUAL PT, she is almost back running and will be returning to sports this fall. Kaiser PT is a complete disservice to its patients.

Horrible service. Rude. Pharmacist said “should’ve talked to your doctor about that, not my problem.” Who speaks to a patient like that?
