Fastest time I was in and out in like 10 minutes My appointment was set for 10:10 a.m. I showed up at 9:30 and I was still out of there by 9:40 awesome

I went to my cousin to have his blood work done. They were fast, very friendly, helpful and professional. Every visit is always a great experience. Thank you to all the Kaiser employees at this location

Friendly service. It gets busy but they don't take long

There’s an external door on the building, variously labeled, “PHARMACY,” “ENTRANCE ONLY,” “PULL.” The pharmacy goes are clearly displayed outside the door. You might be forgiven for thinking this is the entrance to the pharmacy, but, alas, you’ve been fooled once again. This “door which is not a door” epitomizes your experience with KP, wherein every fixture, every system, every person you meet is but an ignorant cog in a useless machine. How much are you paying for your insurance? Well it’s too much. You would live happier and longer, and probably have a much better death, if KP was not a part of it.

We went to urgent care. The service speed was excellent at every level. We had results and were called in for each exam and step in the process in what felt like no more than 10 mins waiting. Thank you staff for being kind
