Good pharmacy, good service. They handle a large volume of prescription and customers and they do their best.

Long line on a Friday but the staff moved everyone through very quickly. My prescription was ready in about five minutes after checking in. The pharmacist patiently explained the medication dosage and answered all my questions about possible side effects. It's so convenient to have my Kaiser physician send my prescription to a pharmacy located in the same facility.

Poor customer service, they treat people like dirt here. I’ve being going there for a year now and each time I go, they always want to sell me the wrong one. It’s very frustrating because no one really cares there to help you when this happens. For example there was one time I was upset and instead of apologizing for it they used me as an example of an upset customer during a training session they were conducting, I heard the girl say “you can see that she is upset so in these cases just send them back to their seat to cool off” right in front of me!!! Additionally, another time that they got my prescription wrong and they fixed it and I was checking out I mentioned that if they could put it in the notes for next time and was told “I won’t do that you need to call your doctor” in a very ru

I have been with Kaiser for over 55 years and it only gets better. I love my doctor and everyone that I have ever met has been wonderful!
