Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Camp Springs Medical Center

I have been with Kaiser Permanente for years, and because of this location specifically I am officially leaving the franchise. I used to love how easily accessible everything was, and how I could find everything I needed online, the concept of Kaiser was great for me as a young person trying to pursue recovery from abuse and trauma. In person, however at this location is a completely different story. I have gone here for years and there has not been a time a single time where I was not dismissed, disregarded, told I was fine, although I kept coming back for the same problems. I had to demand to be taken seriously, or I would find another PCP in order to even get a referral. The lady that I spoke with over the phone at the pharmacy was so rude!!! I was trying to place my daughter’s prescription. She was down right disrespectful and hung up on me after I said thank you. I’m in customer service and this is NOT how you treat people!!! Especially not knowing what a person could be going through!!! We are in a stressful time right now dealing with our daughter and her having to take so much medicine and you would think that the people at the pharmacy would have some sort of decency and kindness on the phones. This was by far my worst experience with Kaiser EVER!

Confusion to the max! Placed refill online for curbside pickup. No one came out. Had to call 7026100 to beg them to bring out prescription. Placed on hold with horrible music for 15 minutes. To hell with that.. had to go stand in line anyway.. horrible. I literally hate this place. No thriving here!that
