CVS Pharmacy

Today I was in and out. Pharmacy pick up has greatly improved.

The person who helped me was not very friendly. She was curt and rude. I mentioned that I had two other medications and a product (sensor) that I had also managed online and without checking, she simply told me in a curt manner that she did not have information about that (without even looking at the computer). On the other hand, she treated the other patient next to me with such kindness and sweetness. I remained silent because I am a professional and I am polite. But, definitely, in CUSTOMER SERVICE, they are the worst. I go to this pharmacy because it is the closest to my home and I need delivery service. Today, such service was not possible because the message said that the Pharmacist had to speak with me. I was not assisted by the pharmacist nor did she explain to me what she was supp

I've not used CVS for a few yrs, this one was a key reason for my choosing to disconnect from them for my needs. I decided to pop back in, you know give a 2nd look see....and I popped right on back out. Horrible, entrance and my walk through. A mess in here. I didn't even waste my time shopping or trying to get my meds. Follow your discernment. I was right to disconnect in the first place. Unfortunately

I use the CVS at 3714 Branch Ave Temple Hills MD 20748. Every time that I enter the store, there is an employee who is so helpful. I don't get in the door good, and she greets me. She asked if I need help. So, if I need help, she is my go 2 person. Excellent Customer Service.

The cashier was very polite and patient. I ask where a product, she walk me to the product. She had provided me with excellent customer service. Also the store was well organized and clean.
