Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Bellevue Medical Center

Due to a change of insurance plans, I am no longer able to use the Kaiser Permanente mail order pharmacy for medication orders. Instead, I have to pick it up at a Kaiser pharmacy. The Bellevue location has a pharmacy locker that you can pick up your medications anytime if you are not able to stop by during regular pharmacy hours. This is convenient if you can only pick it up on weekends. The pharmacy locker is located in the main hallway on the 1st floor. The pickup process itself is easy. Same as picking up an order at an Amazon Locker in which you enter a code and open up the locker it is located in. It is a bit of a pain to pick up medications at Kaiser, but the pharmacy locker does make it less of a burden as you don't need to wait in line for them.

Nice staff and clean pharmacy but I got there and my prescriptions were not ready when they were ready a week ago so I had ti set down and wait.

Everything was perfect with service and staff. The furniture for patient waiting is a disgrace. Seat cushion are broken down to sub surface. Come on Kaiser, replace them.

The pharmacy is on the first floor of the Kaiser building—super convenient. Great customer service and quick support!

Truly the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. They are incredibly fast and efficient compared to other pharmacies, including other Kaiser locations such as Cap Hill.
