I think they went above and beyond for getting me set up. Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful while not steering the decision making, allowing me to make my own informed decisions on my machine. I’m very confident in this company and see they really do earn the money.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The Respiratory Therapist was very knowledgeable about the CPAP machine and thoroughly explained all of its features and settings. She assisted me in installing the appropriate apps on my phone to monitor my therapy and reorder supplies. They even provided me with a business card in the event that I had any problems once I got home. Excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience fitting my new CPAP. I was given full details and clear explanation of the new machine and feel very certain that I will be successful in using it.
