Called to confirm my medication & was given a specific date to pick it up. Showed up on the specific date only to be given a different date & couldn't get my meds. I inquired as to why I was given an incorrect date & was told that person was a temp & didn't know any better. At that point, all I wanted was an apology/acknowledement for the error. But instead the employee (young lady) I should know when to pick up my medication. "You can look at the calendar, you can read a calendar 30 days from your last pick up date can't you?" I was so appalled! I suffer from mental illness & coincidentally cannot keep up with the days. She proceeded to state that the only med I'm really wanted was my Xanax & that wasn't true considering the fact that I pick up about 5 or 6 different medications. A panic

They not closed, don't answer the phone like they closed all the time, doctors leave at 1pm but office open. Doctor goods and black lady at the front desk, Asia not good, lazy, don't answer phonesĺ

Appointments spaced too far.Had to cancel appointment due to illness and next available was a over 3 months away and I'm a mental health patient. Terrible service just for inner city folks.Might as well go to the City Health Center for on Chester Ave.

My medication was waiting for me when I arrived! 5 minutes in and out. No prolonged waiting. Thanks GPHA PHARMACY!!!
