Pharmacy Express

Just wow. The two ladies in the back were so busy discussing something that neither of them noticed a customer right in front of them for at least a minute. It probably would take them much longer, but I asked for help. No thinking, a lot of attitude, plain rudeness. When i made a purchase and thanked both of them before leaving - complete ignorance, not even a brief look my way. Just wow. Perhaps, they are bringing their country's customs to the US.

I think its important to note how wonderful Svetlana (when you walk into the store she is always at the front of the prescription aisle/side on the left side of the entrance/ go to the left by the front only that's where you find her) is! My family and I have had some unpleasant experiences with some of the other staff at times, so I really wanted to acknowledge how professional, helping, kind and caring she is and that we stayed with this pharmacy because of her! Each time, I can't thank her enough for her patience and assistance with my grandmother and mother. I try to only come in when she is working because she always helps us tremendously and you can tell she really cares. I really appreciate the effort and time she puts in, particularly with making sure medication comes in/gets fill

Pharmacy workers and management have forgotten that they are in the United States. I don't bet the range of Russian drugs is very decent, a lot of food supplements and herbs.
