Pharmacy Brighton

We live in Manhattan, but my mom still travels all the way to Brighton Beach just to get Russian medications. Honestly, the service there used to be terrible—rude staff, long waits, no help at all. But this time was completely different thanks to Sasha. He was incredibly polite, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. With his medical background, he helped my mom understand exactly what she needed and gave her great advice. She felt truly taken care of for the first time in a long while. Thank you, Sasha! You completely changed the experience for us!

I am writing this review specifically to say thank you to Svetlana who works in the part of the store where you pick up prescription medication, she is so professional, caring, thoughtful and wonderful that I wanted to say thank you. Svetlana provides exceptional customer service and this pharmacy is lucky to have her! My family and I have been going to her and trusting her help for years.

The people who work there don’t want to work. I called to ask for clarification, and she just said, ‘Come, come, because I’m busy, I can’t, I told her I’d wait.’ She didn’t want to answer and didn’t want to work. Usually, when they hire Russian speakers, that’s the way they are. I didn’t want to turn to them because they’re usually like that, but I had no choice. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.

The worst pharmacy ever. They will NEVER answer your calls, will put you on hold for 15 minutes and the hang up, no matter what. They dont want to work, i am shocked how they are still operating!

This is the worst pharmacy. Very rude crew. Today, they kicked me out because they finished washing the floor there. But I wanted to buy some stuff within the business hourly. Never go there more.
