Pharmacy Board

I am unemployed and my MFIP case worker paid for my reinstatement for my pharmacy technician certificate which was $115. The MN Board of Pharmacy let me know that I would have to complete 20 continued education credits. They did not let me know that this would cost an additional $100 for the continued education courses. Please don't take money from a program for low income mothers that helps mothers become employed without informing them the cost of taking the courses. Extremely disappointed. The American way.

I called to get my username and password because I lost my phone and my phone had all my password in it. He asked me to confirm my social security and after confirming my social security for him he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t know my security question/answers that I made in 2014. Not just that he was in a rush to hang up and didn’t want to give me any resolution and the more I asked him questions the more he got angry with me. I called the board of pharmacy around 3:00 not even close to 4:00p.m. and he had the audacity to tell me that his purpose is to make it complicated for me so that I couldn’t get my information. Extremely helpful and patient. Returned my calls within the hour when I had to leave a message. Very personable and easy to work with.

They are absolutely never around to answer calls! Incredibly frustrating.
