It was a Sunday morning, and I had an emergency to fill a prescriptions for acute bronchitis in elderly family member and needed a home delivery in the area . Pharmacy at The Way was the only one available, and provided care above and beyond. Thank you to entire pharmacy staff from my family for being professional, dedicated, and working with integrity tirelessly for our community. Your help is very much appreciated, and proves once again: “ Pharmacist is most trusted profession in the world “.

Five stars isn’t enough for Pharmacy At The Wave and Mark. They take such incredible care of me — consistently, patiently and with so much heart. I truly don’t know what I would do without them. Anytime I need anything, Mark is there with a solution, a kind word and a level of customer service that is unmatched. The quality of care, attention to detail and genuine warmth I receive every time I walk through the door or pick up the phone to call them is something you just don’t find anymore. Mark is a gem, and I cannot say enough nice things about him. My family and I are beyond grateful — this place is a rare find. (Have you ever heard of meds being delivered before you even leave the doctor’s office??) Highly, highly recommend.

Mark goes above and beyond every single time. Whether it’s a routine refill or something urgent, he’s consistently reliable, kind, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find this level of personal care and professionalism these days, and I genuinely appreciate the way they look out for their customers. Mark makes it easy to trust that you’re in good hands. We’re lucky to have him — and this pharmacy — in our community. Can’t recommend them enough.

The guy works in this pharmacy (not sure if he is the owner or pharmacist there) is extremely unprofessional and rude. I wanted to clarify my charges/co-pays for medicines I was picking up, he replies to me “i am sorry you have trust issues “. Instead of offering patient counseling regarding medicines he dispensed or, at least, answering questions I had in a proper manner, he gave me an attitude. Zero customer service. My first and last time using this pharmacy.

The best pharmacy. Always smells fresh. Clean. They receive and prepare prescription promptly. If there is any issue with the prescription, they quickly call the doctors office , always try and find ways to solve the problem. If there is an important medication, they deliver it to your home right away. For 5 years I have never had any issues with them. Nice and professional. Have no words to describe it.
