Pharmacy At Cullen Commons

First time ever visiting this pharmacy back in July and the service was fast and efficient!

I first would like to say that my issue has been resolved and I have been refunded. However, I’d like to share my story so that others can be warned. The pharmacy charged me a total of $16 for two medications. They had stated that this is the co-pay after insurance. After going to my Caremark EOB, I should have been charged only a little over $2 as co-pay with my insurance paying the remaining ~$14. After about an hour on the phone with Caremark, they contacted the pharmacy and told them that this was a $14 “dispensing fee.” The first level Caremark employee told me there was nothing they could do because pharmacies can charge a dispensing fee. I then said I wanted to lodge a complaint against this pharmacy because this 100% markup “dispensing fee” that was not explained to me is crazy. T

Great experience at this local pharmacy. They have no issue with special ordering meds. Actual cost was right at about what the Goodrx coupon would have given me elsewhere.
