PharmaCare Bedford Road

Darrin is such a sweet guy he takes care of his customers, and the delivery guy is so awesome to my doggie loves him and waits for her treat patiently . The only issue I ever had was with one pharmacist who filled and gave me the wrong medication altogether !! Evidently He didn't hear the message on the voicemail correctly. He caught the end of the message and jus filled a prescription that sounded like it!!

I’ve been using PharmaCare on Bedford Road for as long as I can remember and I’ve always found they went over and above for their customers. It’s comforting to know the staff on a first name basis and they are always friendly and helpful. I wish they would return to their pre-Covid hours or just extend them a bit. Sometimes it’s hard to make it there after work or on a Saturday. They are no longer open on Sundays either. Other than that, they are my go to pharmacy!

I would not suggest going here. Went 3 times to check on prescription for a family member that just got released from the hospital. For seizures that almost caused his death. They waited until closing to tell me they did not have his seizure medicine in stock. They can not get anything right or just plain don't care it seems. Hours are also inconvenient. Be prepared to WAIT.

Stood in line and watched several people in front of me get treated very poorly. Got to my turn in line and stated the reason I was there. The employee misunderstood what I said and when I corrected them, they just walked away. I'll definitely never be back and would rate zero stars if it was an option.

Nice, clean well lit place. It was easy to find and the employees were very helpful and polite
