PharmaCare West

I’ve been using this Pharmacy for quite some time now and I have to say it’s the best I’ve found in the area. The employees in the pharmacy are ALWAYS kind and helpful and never display outwardly when they are having a rough day (and I’m sure they do…we all do). The reason for only 4 stars is because on one occasion a pill that I don’t take ended up in one of my refill bottles. I called the Pharmacist and advised what it was and that my main concern was that the extra pill I received was a benzodiazepine and if it belonged to someone else then they were going to be short on their meds. Issue was resolved and it was determined that the extra med was from order prior to mine and must have been left in med machine tray, then got put in my order. This is why anyone on RX medications needs

I was consistently deprived of simple prescriptions at this pharmacy. Would not call me back after faxing my doctor's office. Between this pharmacy and Proactive Primary Care this is the worst medical I had ever experienced. Both places are unprofessional. The staff does not look into anything. Even at the end, would not transfer to a new pharmacy for me. Had to have my doctor call the new pharmacy. RIP

Staff is always great and friendly! Very quick and dont have to wait to pick up medicine! Wonderful drive thru! Great pharmacy for all your needs! Sells cards.. And some nice crafts for the home.

Best pharmacy in Cumberland! Always helpful and friendly. This place is heaven compared to my old pharmacy way up Greene Street!!

Very condescending nasty and rude staff!! Couldn't care less about their loyal customers. Wasn't always like this until recently they're not all bad but they've got some very hateful employees in there now. I have been coming there for a long time not anymore! This place has changed a lot with the new staff very unorganized as well bad communication.
