Phantastic Dental

If I could give less I would. My daughters filings fell out. Twice... Then it took them over a month to get a preauthorization... I work with insurance it does not take even half that time!!!! My son just went to another dentist who showed me the caps were not put in correctly and have to be redone. 6 other teeth are so bad he is going into surgery but was never told they were infected! Not to mention they forcefully held my son down (5yrs old) and ended up hurting him with the needle. He's now traumatised of dentist because of this place.

When they first opened about 2 years ago they were a great office, nice to the kids, very fast and efficient. 1 trip and everything was done. Now they are making work take 3, 4 and 5 trips for easy stuff like a filling and a crown and on the way out the door loading the kids up with arms full of crappy toys and bottles of soda and bags chips!! Way to promote healthy habits there :( I am most disappointed and will be finding another dentist for my 5 children immediately!

I had a root canal done here a few years ago when I was a teen. Fast forward a few years and a new dentist tells me that what I had was the worst root canal they’ve ever seen. I had to get it redone for thousands all over again. Wish I would have never gone here in the first place.

The really big(fat) receptionist is rude I was giving her my insurance information and she kept telling me I was declined...I asked her to check again, well come to find out she was calling the wrong company....Then instead of apologizing she rather just be rude and toss me the clip board.... I'll bring her a donut next time.... Hopefully that will put me back tin her good grace... Remember she holds the power to how long you will sit there and wait... Hate her but love the dentist more, and that is the reason I will not go to another dentist... BUT SHE NEEDS A ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT... FYI... YOU WORK THERE YOU DONT OWN IT!!!

Really good experience will definitely recommend this place to visit for any of your dental 🦷 problems very friendly and fast told me straight it up what my problem was and send me on my way
