I’ve worked service before, so I understand it’s frustrating for people to come in right before close, but when you’re handling something as important as medication, you should adhere to the hours you have posted or clearly communicate to clients that the latest time for medication pick-up is at X:XX time. I went to pick-up a prescription I had been informed was already filled at 6:50pm – I was coming back from an appointment, and the doors were locked with another family outside. The cashier just gestured an X, as in no, to me when I first tried to walk-in, so I called at 6:53 to see if they could transfer the medication to a pharmacy that is open later. The women who picked up the phone said “we’re closed,” to which I pointed out that both their hours online and posted on the door said 7

Warning ⚠️ Avoid Phamco Drugs at this location. The Jamaican lady who works at the register is very rude and disrespectful. I came to the pharmacy to try to get a prescription filled and the lady had attitude, there was a issue with the insurance, and instead of her trying to assist she started judging me on the contraception medication that I was trying to get and stated I was to old, and I should the money to buy it. The pharmacist had no say on the lady being rude she just stood there and watched the lady disrespect me. She kept saying she don't care about her job or the customers.

Heavenly , met all my needs, I'm a 74 year old with special challenges , this pharmacy took my needs one on one , Thanks, to your team , Nostrand, Utica. and delivery guys. you save my Life when I fallen apart. THANKS.

Recently moved to the area and walked in here to fill some prescriptions late on a Friday. The manager Salma was very helpful and had my prescriptions filled in less than 5 minutes. During those 5 minutes they also set me up with my flu shot which I barely felt and then sent me on my way with a custom designed pill stress ball and a few branded pens. So happy that I found a pharmacy that actually cares!

I had a great experience with the people at Phamco drugs. They delivered my prescription when I was too sick to leave the apartment. The woman on the phone was nice and helpful. The man that delivered the medication was so sweet. I'm definitely going to use this place again.
