Pflugerville Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Salvatore Rivoli. I went to this office because I have broken teeth and needed help. After X-rays, I was quoted about $3,700 just to start treatment and over $11,000 total, which I simply cannot afford right now. Because of this, I only agreed to a cleaning ($470 with "Insurance".) After the visit, one of my broken teeth felt noticeably sharper and started hurting my tongue. I returned to the office, and during the appointment the chair was positioned extremely far back past horizontal, which caused real discomfort. When I said I was uncomfortable, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously at first. Since these visits, I now feel additional sharp areas on teeth that were not bothering my tongue this way before. This has left me upset

Dr. Ghandi and Briana were my doctor and hygienist and they have made a terrifying process so much more manageable. They have been supportive and kind. Aspen helped me get the insurance information taken care of and plan treatments. They have been wonderful and and everyone has been so lovely to work with.

This dental office is really great with on time appointments and quality care. Dr. Do is really patient friendly and takes a lot of time and effort to explain options to her patients and the dental procedure is carefully completed. She even helped me schedule a new appointment for a new procedure we needed to get done so she isn’t rushed at our initial appointment (when the additional work was discovered). I also really like my dental cleanings with Lyon. He is very thorough in the cleaning process and is mindful to educate the patient and how to improve his/her dental brushing. I am really thankful I have found a dental office with kind and thoughtful dentists and hygienists and a friendly front office staff.

I had a terrible experience at this dental office. I made an appointment specifically to fix a broken permanent retainer that I’ve had for 20 years. Initially, they tried to send me home without fixing it and instead recommended Invisalign or braces all over again. When I was checking out, I reminded the receptionist that my retainer still hadn’t been addressed. After waiting another 30 minutes, I was finally seen again. At that point, they removed my retainer and claimed it had not been placed correctly to begin with and that my bottom teeth were “shifting drastically” — which is simply not true. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would! The group of people running this office is honestly the most professional and friendly group I’ve ever met. They genuinely made me feel right at home. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I look forward to this team in every step of the way from cleanings to any other dental needs. Much love from the friendly skies! ✈️
