Peñate Medical Center (Hialeah)

I recently called this clinic to follow up on an application I submitted, and I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service. I am trilingual, and I spoke with representatives named Arriana, Maleine, and Yanet in two different languages — yet no one seemed to speak proper English. They hung up on me three to four times, and when I asked to speak with Human Resources, they didn’t even know what that meant. Every time I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, they refused to transfer my call. The entire experience was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. They clearly do not care to assist English-speaking individuals. If this is how they treat people who are trying to work there, I can only imagine how they treat their patients. I would not recommend anyone

on 11/14 at 5:55p in hialeah FL unsafe erratic belligerent in heavy rain and traffic. Van darts out into my lane and only didn’t crash because I had to act defensively and swerve. Driver is danger to patient/passengers and other drivers on road. I would never trust my loved ones to their recklessness.

I’m so happy with the care and attention provided to my grandma after a life changing surgery. I recommend this clinic to everyone!
