I have used them previously with no issues until recently. We have a maltipoo and when we took she had very minimal matting (3-4) on her belly only. Charity has always dealt with it with no problem in our previous grooming experiences. When we arrived to pick her up I was asked to sign a Matting waiver and I really thought nothing of it knowing she had a few and this was a new groomer and maybe she wanted to have it signed because she was new to the job and trying to play by policy. I signed the waiver she took it then said I nicked your dog when I was trimming her. I will go back and get her. She showed me while standing over on the other side of the desk an area on her leg where no matting was. Stating “I put neosporin on it just keep doing that at home” I was unable to get a good look

The store is very organized, clean and stocked. The cashiers are always helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of pet food, supplements and toys. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of close-up parking.

I’ve been using this store the past two years and really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have a Frenchie with a very sensitive tummy, and when we were trying to find the right food for him as a puppy, staff recommended brands and we found one that worked out well (Zignature, dry food, venison and kangaroo)! We’ve been shopping here ever since and staff have been consistent. They always provide excellent customer service. Will continue to use and recommend.

I visited my neighborhood Petsence in Hampton Cove. I was greeted by a gentleman when I walked in who knew absolutely nothing with dog questions and pet food questions. Then I headed to the grooming section to inquire about a cut for my new Yorkie. NOT A PERSON IN SIGHT. I LEFT IN DISGUST. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Good but they keep missing dog food that should have been ordered again. Like Royal Canin Shih Tzu sensitive stomach cans.
