What a fantastic experience, from calling to schedule our initial appointments, Brandy was an absolute delight, she was professional, patient and worked with me to get my family scheduled. Caitlin is kind and did a great job explaining each detail of the next steps and did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth! Nice clean atmosphere with a crew that genuinely cares about their patients. I’m very thankful for them.

Wonderful experience going back to the dentist after three years. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. There were no long waits. The hygienist explained every step to me as a first time patient and was very kind and gentle, and the dentist was great as well.

If you are in Huntsville and looking for a dentist, look no further! Dr. Crim and her team of amazing dental professionals are PHENOMENAL. They genuinely care about you as a person, and they don't treat you like a number or sales opportunity! It's so refreshing to know that trusted dentists exist!

The staff at Mountain View are always so professional and willing to help. The hygienist was so gentle and thorough, and Dr. Pratt is very knowledgable and kind and trustworthy. The office staff was great about calling to let us know about openings ahead of our scheduled appointments so we could get in sooner. Would absolutely recommend!!!
