Dr Nassar was referred to me after I went to the ER desperate for answers on why I was so tired and kept falling asleep. I had a sleep study done 3 years ago with a very dismissive Dr. so I was hesitant on doing another night study and MSLT. As it would break me not getting answers again. But this time, the sleep center was a perfect lab to have a sleep study done, performed correctly. I felt cared about. Dr Nassar was able to Diagnose me with Idiopathic Hypersomnia. I slept 5/5 naps but didn’t hit REM but sometimes I do. I experience cateplexy, but I am on 187 mg of Effexor which could have caused me not to hit REM. With IH he was able to prescribe me medicine to help enhance my daily quality of life and I couldn’t be more thankful for him. He was compassionate and cared when I came for m

My mother went for a sleep study and her insurance was not activated yet and his attitude towards her was unacceptable. He was very short with his communication and answers. Dr. Nassar didn’t want to perform her sleep study in office due to her not having insurance, he sent her home to do it. He has no bedside manners and I wouldn’t recommend. My mother did not have a good experience.

Dr. Nassar was so great and really left a great impression with me. I saw him for an initial appointment after being referred by my PCP for suspected sleep apnea or another possible sleep disorder. He was so very thorough and helpful with explaining my symptoms and actually anticipated the exact diagnosis I had before I even got my sleep study done. I have narcolepsy type 1 and he had a feeling it would be exactly that. The man knows what he’s doing and I’m so thankful I got such a knowledgeable provider who could pinpoint my issues without making me have to get extensive testing and drawn out process. Dr. Nassar provided me the best possible evaluation/treatment and my quality of life is changed because of it! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient with my many questions for my rare diagnosis: narcolepsy, and he cares about his patients. I cannot thank him enough for listening to my concerns and figuring out what all the other doctors couldn't in the 15 years of my complaints. He also wears the coolest socks. :) The front staff is always professional and courteous, too. Dr. Nassar, please give me a heads up when you plan to retire, it will be big shoes to fill when that does happen...or should I say big socks? Thank you for your care and concern!

This place is a mixed bag. I've never been here in person - I've only seen the doctor through telehealth once. The office staff is terribly disorganized. The first time I tried to make an appointment, I called twice and left two voicemails because the calls were not answered. Then, I noticed on the website that there was a "contact us" form. I never heard back. I finally decided to send an email as a last ditch effort and suddenly heard back the next day. I had to wait a month to see the doctor and I was told it would be in person. However, a day before the appointment, the office called to change the appointment to virtual. The appointment was kind of disorganized, too, but wasn't too bad.
