I have been going to Dr. Gross for the last 5 years and may I say that he's always been professional and great with me. Always attend and courteous. His technician Henna is a sweetheart of a lady and is very gentle when cleaning your teeth. I highly recommend both of them❤️

If I could give this dentist office zero stars I would. It was absolutely a nightmare! They took so long to call me up, and then once they did, I had someone do the most careless cleaning I've ever experienced in my life, even after I had expressed with my face and noises that I was in physical pain and discomfort, they Did not make it any better. When it was time to rinse my gums were in so much pain and the water that was spit out was red. I understand that there is some bleeding from gums with bacteria, but this felt totally different. And once the doctor came into examine me, it was as if I wasn't there, he did not say hello. He did not ask if there was anything that I was experiencing and I just felt it was a lack of care all around...never going back to this place again, and I never

I love this dentist and the reps. I bring my daughter here and she also loves it. They are never to rough with her and treat her with care. I was very insecure when it came to my teeth and they did an amazing job when it came to fixing them. Other dentists told me they couldn’t do much. They are so great here i recommend my mom to come as well. The place is always clean especially the bathrooms. Love how they call to give you a heads up about an upcoming appointment. Always have a great show on in the waiting room. I live on the other side of the bronx and still wouldn’t go nowhere else. Thank you guys for everything you do. You are appreciated ❤️

It has been the 3rd time they called me to reschedule my appointment. The last person that called was rather having an attitude because I complained that I had not seen my dentist for almost 3 years because they kept rescheduling my appointments and giving me new dates that are 8-12 months away each time. She hanged up and no one even bothered to follow up with my next appointment date. I'm very disappointed because I read many good reviews about Dr. Gross by the staff and workers are very rude and unprofessional.

I came with my dad for his appointment and the front desk girl was nice and made my dad n I feel comfortable. The doctor hisself was mean and having a attitude. Peter’s assistant was rolling her eyes and also had an attitude. They have a good receptionist and that’s all.
