I so wish I remembered the name of the man who helped me. I know he has two pugs. He was super helpful and told me about this dog food and told me about a membership plan that I am thinking about. He was truly attentive and by the way, my dog loves the Orijen food and treats. So nice to get great customer service. Not common these days.

It's incredible that there are no Spanish-speaking people in this place, especially since I consider the service to be of very good quality. Many of us customers prefer to communicate in Spanish, and therefore we are excluded from the service when trying to make appointments or access other services.

I’ve been to many Petcos/PetSmarts but I had a great experience here! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care about both me and my pet. The store was clean, well-organized, and it was easy to find everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Petco for anyone looking for great service and quality pet care!

Rude staff, especially the lady at the register. Was shopping looking at guinea pigs and hamster with my 3 kids for 30 minutes and one of the kids needed to use the restroom. I asked for the restroom key and she had us waiting for 5 minutes had to ask another guy and he gave us attitude "just so you restroom are not open to the public" after being in the store for 30 minutes looking at animals. What horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store like Huntington Beach where I spent over $300 in a fish tank and fish for my kids. They really don't want your business. This happened today Sunday around 12 pm.

I bought a travel kennel to internationally travel accompanied by my dog and the kennel was airline approved to be in cargo. I spent a lot of time looking for it and I was glad found what I need here and the staff was welcoming. Great service!
