I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Eagan and Dr. Roberts. We came to Pet Calls following an emergency visit to VEG on the eve of Thanksgiving. We thought we were losing our 16-year old baby girl. She wouldn’t eat, was vomiting, had diarrhea, was lethargic, and was shaking very badly. Dr. Roberts looked at her bloodwork and imaging from VEG and knew right away that she needed to be tested for Cushings Disease. We brought her back for testing and met Dr. Eagan who confirmed what Dr. Roberts suspected. After testing to rule out Addison’s Disease, Dr. Eagan confirmed that Alice does indeed have Cushings. I am so happy to report that after only a few weeks of new medication, Dr. Eagan was able to stabilize Alice’s numbers. Our baby girl is back to having an appetite and has pep in her ste

We have been patients of Pet Calls for 2 years now. We love all of the doctors there and we most often see Dr. Miller. The front desk, techs, and doctors are always so nice and everyone is very knowledgeable. Howie, pictured, had to have a hospital stay the summer of 2024 after being discharged from VEG. They took great care of him at Pet Calls and kept me updated on his condition. Howie loves going to see Dr. Miller and isnt as nervous as he has been with other vets because of the wonderful experience he has had with the whole staff. We bring all of our pets to Pet Calls now and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

I had my dog, Goo, for almost 13 years, and throughout his entire life, the team at Pet Calls Animal Hospital in Lake Worth was there for us every step of the way. From the front desk to the veterinarians and everyone in between, they’ve always shown an incredible level of honesty, compassion, and genuine care. I want to especially thank Madonna, the vet tech who truly went above and beyond. She was always there for Goo, whether it was a small concern or a serious issue, and she made herself available any time he got sick, all the way through his final day. Her kindness and dedication will never be forgotten. The amazing veterinarians Dr. Ehrlich, Dr. Roberts, and Dr. Miller treated Goo like he was their own dog. Pet Calls Animal Hospital cares. I was leaving a drive-through and noticed a small and very strained pup struggling. I walked into Pet Calls Animal Hospital and asked if they could take care of this little guy and find him a new home. Vet Tech Morgan and team to the rescue. Morgan fought for little "Charlie" (I gave him that name) and was successful. Charlie is safe thanks to the care and concern they have. Very happy doggie. Our first appointment went well. Every single member of the staff was nice. Rosie was super friendly and polite, she welcomed us in, walked us to our room, and we waited. Amanda came a while later and she was super well prepared. She had read all her precious history and took detailed notes. She weighed her, asked the right questions and brought the doctor. Dr. Miller was great! Very gentle, easy to talk to, very understandable and adaptable to our situation. We stayed in the room, where we paid, and we left feeling great.
