This place starts out great coordinator contact you for next box go over the medicine with you . Them all of sudden they just leave you hanging . My sister and mom been out of medicine for almost two weeks . I finally gave up on this place . Seems to be a problem with the company and keeping staff. You get a new coordinator every month. The longest I had same girl was two months. Now she gone. I would go with this company if you don't have too.

In recent months service has declined. The Coordinator isn't helpful. Critical meds are not arriving on time and when I ask to speak to a supervisor the coordinator says they are busy and that she'll send them an email to call me. The call never comes. My texts are left unanswered and I wait over 30 minutes on hold.

Is there a way to do no stars? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My in-laws are without medication, I have left 3 messages, their website is down and no one will call back. Last month they were out of 5 basic over the counter medications. Go find another company for your online medications.

Med minder is a great concept that unfortunately does not work. My father has been left more than once without life sustaining medication through company error and as many times as I try to fix it for him living out of state nothing gets changed for for the better. The employees are pleasant but no one seems to be in charge and there seems to be no oversight for avoiding mistakes. Don't bother you will be as frustrated as I am. Oh and in case you are wondering I have never written a bad review for any company before and have tried to deal directly with the company before I did.

It saddens me to leave this review as I truly enjoyed the idea that my mom was getting her meds right to her front door with friendly service. Very friendly staff but they have left my mother waiting on life dependent meds that dont arrive on time and it cost her her left eye. This is the second time my mother spent a weekend without her meds and I cant afford to keep her on unreliable service as it has terribly affected her health. Great concept but horrible performance. Great for anyone who can go a few days with out meds while they wait for delivery. :(
