First time going into this place and i am astounded by how friendly and also funny the workers are there. They made me feel at ease since i get nervous during appointments. I've gotten to know a few workers there just by one day and appreciate the conversations we had. They done a brilliant job cleaning my teeth and getting rid of those old coffee stains. Everything was professional and taken at ease to get the best results.

My husband and I love Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster. We have been going to them since they opened. It’s a family owned business and the care and attention to detail Dr. Ney has is unquestionable. They are personable, respectful and fun! We love our dental hygienist Kelly!

Words can't even express to you guys how incredible the staff in this business are. Everyone from the nurses to the dentist himself all provide you with excellent customer service.
