They act like a deer in the head lights when you come for service. They sell scooters ,an do not tell people all there is to know. The elderly lady that sold us the scooter sent us to battiers +. And they are not even open anymore,bottom line she could have cared less

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of the business and issued a full refund for the purchase price of the mattress pad. ORIGINAL POST: I purchased a mattress pad and told the sales person it needed to fit a twin XL hospital bed. The pad I was given was approximately 1 foot too short and too narrow for my bed. The business refused to replace it with a pad of the correct size or to give me a refund.

Started out I thought was going to be okay. Last time I went in, she claimed it wouldn’t take my FSA, card we got home checked everything was set up and ready for card . It should have worked. Now fast forward to this week went to fill the rest of my prescription, she ran the debit card and it went through in our end like normal at bank. She came to window and claimed it declined. We asked to speak to pharmacist bc the charge cleared on our end. Subtracted the money says pending but always does . Instead of pharmacist coming to speak to us, he continued to run card. Another change. So then we pull around to go in as he is trying to run card again. He hasn’t at all came to speak with us yet. Showed him the bank app on phone he said no it not going through that says pending . We all know if

The employees here will go above and beyond to take care of you. Their staff found a nebulizer for me that needed no prescription, had it delivered next day and delivered it before lunch time. Their delivery driver was super nice, the prices were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you need a prescription filled, or need medical equipment definitely keep them in mind!

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I've been too. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They do an amazing job at remembering their customer's. They always offer free bottles of water and a couple times in the winter I think I was offered a coffee. I live in Athens and choose to drive to Decatur just for this pharmacy.
