Personal Dental

This business is a scam. I purchased a teeth whitening service through Groupon and after confirming the appt they never showed. Tam, the business owner told Groupon that I received the services and was not happy with them and so she gave me a bunch of complimentary gifts to make up for it - all of which is a complete lie. Beware! Save your self the hassle and stick with a true dental office. This business has since been reported to the BBB.

I would like to say that as someone who experienced the teeth whitening process twice before, my experience with Personal Dental was by far my best experience. First I would like to commend on the full transparency and clear communication. I’m the type of person to ask many questions and I was made to feel comfortable and received clear and easy to understand answers to my questions. The overall service and professionalism was stellar. I plan on referring all of my friends who are interested. Thank you Personal Dental, I look forward to using your services in the near future.

If I could give this 'business' a 0 star review I would. They are a scam, no actual business exists in the RESIDENTIAL building at 90 Richmond Hill Road. They redeemed my Groupon without ever having shown up, costing me over one hundred dollars. Scam, do not even consider giving them your money.
