I highly recommend Perry Family Practice! Hannah Revell is absolutely phenomenal — she’s knowledgeable, thorough, and truly takes the time to listen and care for her patients’ overall well-being. I never feel rushed and always feel confident in the care I receive. The receptionist, Destiny, is just as wonderful — always sweet, kind, and professional. She makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in with a friendly hello and a smile. This office creates a warm, positive experience from start to finish. So grateful to have found this practice!

If they make it their priority to respect patients' time while still providing each person with the compassion and attentive care they need; And we understand that sometimes, additional concerns and unanticipated situations arise in healthcare, and that it can make the timing unpredictable when combined with necessary administrative work to complete care, et cetera. Why can't the staff give a heads up or courtesy update. Does this mean they understand that sometimes in our lives unpredictable things can also happen and we might be late, will there be a late fee waiver.

I really appreciate the time that was spent with me on my first visit. We went over my chart and I had questions that I received answers to that didn't have to wait for another visit. My medication was dicuss and how they were working for me. I am glad I was able to find them and get in!

My husband and I started seeing Hannah Revel after Dr. Odem. had left the practice and man am I seeing the difference starkly. His appointment was 8am today. He works nights and had to fast for a blood draw. It is 9:01 right now and he is still waiting to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous. If we're late, it's a fee, but where is the consideration for our time? We have one car, so I had to drive and take time off work, more than I needed to, because of this lack of consideration. If you do not have time to see the patients at the time of their appointment, DO NOT SCHEDULE THEM AT THAT TIME.

I used to be Dr. Mcfall's patient since (2021). I called to schedule an appointment with her about a month or so ago and was told that she isn't available. I should have asked if I could see someone else, but I didn't. Other than the fact that she was unavailable to schedule appointments, I was given no other information. I tried to set up an appointment for myself again on 08/25/2025 through the online patient portal, which I have access to, due to being a patient at the practice. My appointment was cancelled and I was told to re-enlist as a new patient, as they needed the paperwork to setup my chart correctly.
