Perry Drug Company

I can't get medication I need on a monthly basis for health issues. Because this pharmacy fraudulently sent in a written doctor visit and prescription in December 2024. From a doctor I hadn't seen since October of 2025 and weren't given a prescription because the doctor stopped his practice in that area. I also have written documentation from that doctor stating this. I'm looking into legal action at this point. They need to correct this as soon as possible because it's a serious offense of fraud.
