Really like going here. My last visit I got a text the week before confirming my appointment then when I drove 45 minutes to get there for my "confirmed" appointment they told me they no longer take my insurance and can not help me. I then spoke to the dentist and he told me it was my fault for not calling ahead to verify my insurance when I had already been there several times with the same insurance from all my previous visits. So if you have an appointment with them I recommend you call before you go to each appointment to verify your insurance.

I had a disappointing experience at this dentist office. Initially, I was satisfied with the service, but my feelings changed after I encountered issues with a filling. The cracked filling was discovered at my six-month annual check-up. While they did fix one filling for free the following month, I was charged for the cracked fillings that were clearly a result of their own faulty work. This lack of accountability is concerning and leaves me hesitant to return. I believe that I should have been fully informed about the treatments and not had to be the one expected to ask questions about what I would be charged for . I hope the office can improve its communication and follow-up care to prevent similar situations for others in the future.

I had my theath pulled out here and that part was not that bad. The worst part about the place is they do not care if you are in pain and they keep telling me to take ibuprofen for the pain and I got up to taking 1200 milligrams per hour so I called them to see if they can give me stronger than ibuprofen and they never got back to me and I left them a message too. I think they really do not care about the pashants and care about the money.

I just had two teeth pulled and I had complications from the extraction and was having severe pain and migraines a week later and they told me they couldn't do anything and just take Tylenol. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unconcerned. Go to them at your own risk!!!!! (Update 1-9-25) I had a big piece of tooth they initially broke in the beginning cut through the side of my gum and came out finally. I tried telling them I was still hurting and having migraines but I was brushed off by the receptionist who was very rude. I was still having pain about a month later.(1-26-25) I have pulled several pieces of tooth fragments and some pieces of bone since last update. My inside gum has opened up for the second time exposing sharp tooth or bone. I'd almost bet there's half a t
