Permanent Makeup By Bertha

I got eyeliner(both upper and lower) done by Bertha 2 days ago and couldn't be happier with the results. I've never had permanent make up before, but she seemed like the best choice for the best price. Bertha answers her own phone and makes your appointment herself, she has 15 years of experience, was very professional, and very sweet. The environment was very clean and private. Even with it being my first time I felt very safe in Bertha hands. I would definitely go back to her in the future to get my eyebrows and lips done as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bertha or BUST!

I had my brows done by Bertha in 2023. I told her exactly what I wanted and I got exactly the opposite. My brows are too dark. The tattooing does not even follow my natural brow line. No gloves were worn. No measurements were done. I read her reviews of which were mixed as are other practitioners. I questioned her at every step and she assured me she had been doing it for 25 yrs and had no complaints. I'm very upset, angry and disappointed at my results of which are irreversible. I trusted the wrong person! Don't make my mistake. Do not use Permanent Makeup by Bertha under any circumstances.

I am so glad I found Bertha. I have wanted permanent eyeliner for years. As soon as I spoke with her on the phone i knew I was in good hands. Her calm reassuring manner alleviated my anxiety. She is a total professional with a sweet personality. Her office is so clean and clinical and welcoming at the same time. I could not be happier with my eyeliner. She is a class act and very skilled.

I have wanted my eyebrows done forever but was too scared.. I finally did it and omg!!! What was I waiting for?!?! Bertha did an amazing job!!! I’m so happy with my new brows. Not only does she do an amazing job but she is such an amazing lady !!! You have to go see her for your permanent makeup needs . She has also done my teeth whitening a little over a year ago and they still look amazing!!!!

I knew Bertha was a professional by her voice on the phone & knowledge of her experience. I went to see her for permanent eyeliner on top and bottom and she is a true artist. She walked me through everything and made me feel happy and confident. It is quite a procedure but I wouldn’t trust anyone but her. I also did my permanent lipliner it was a great color at first, but faded quite a bit. The faded color is actually nice b/c it looks natural. Since lips are muscle tissue fading is expected . Love my results!
