Perlman Clinic San Marcos

Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to build a trusted relationship with Noelle Braamse, Taylor Cripe, and Cassandra Leamy for my medical care, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. Having a team I trust to genuinely advocate for my health has been such a positive experience. They take their time, they listen carefully to understand, not just to respond, and they consistently make me feel heard and valued as a patient. It’s rare to find providers who are not only warm and engaging, but also extremely competent and thorough. I would confidently recommend any one of them to friends or family. I feel very fortunate to have found the team at Perlman Clinic.

I have my first visit today at Perlman Clinic San Marcos. I’d like to describe with one sentence Great experience! Front desk polite and helpful giving me information how to fill up the forms. I met Chloe Braamse at her office. She conducted very thorough and professional the interview with me. Her questions and answers very professional based on high knowledge and experience. I would be happy to be her patient.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to establish care at Perlman today for both my wife and I. They have a great transition process for those leaving UCSD PCP care and joining Perlman Clinic. Lots of locations as well. Our NP, Chloe, was very knowledgeable and had read our history prior to our appointment.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff were very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long to see the PA Sara Mott. She listened to everything I had to say and did all that is needed as far as referrals and my care. So glad I chose this doc.

This was my initial visit with Perlman as I had to chg my medicare plan. The office staff/MA greeted me professionally and kindly(Vanessa) My visit with NP Sarah Ketcham was VERY positive and pleasant. She was very attentive and I didn't feel rushed at all. I look forward to being a patient with Perlman.
