Performance Physical Therapy

I highly recomend using Performance Physical therapy Open Gym program longer than regular PT workouts when done seeing Tori or Erin. It keeps you stronger using same equipment you are used to using. Dillion is very helpful keeping you on track . For $40 you get 5 visits to use when you have time to give a headup call to get in and workout. I have been using program for 3 months starting after knee replacement PT therapy ended and while I started another 3 months of PT on sciatic nerve therapy. Now I am done with that PT.ThIs keeps me actively getting stronger in my legs. Thankyou Performance Physical therapy for giving me options to come in without set appt times. I strongly recomend the OPEN GYM PROGRAM!

I never have had physical therapy before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I definitely needed it after experiencing a rather painful knee injury, which greatly limited my mobility. I had nine sessions with Eryn, and could see improvement every week. It was a positive experience. The office scheduled me for appointments as soon as they received the referral, which was that day. I started therapy immediately, which was appreciated and to me, necessary. Highly recommend!

Tori Westcott at Performance PT has been my physical therapist after two different rotator cuff surgeries. She’s a great blend of being personable & kind, yet making sure you do the work to get a good outcome. The staff at the front desk & the assistants are all helpful & personable too. I highly recommend Performance PT!
