You might as well die then come here. I have been waiting three months to get My teeth even checked out. About every time I have made an appointment and I’m ready to go. My boyfriend calls off work. And the moment we get ready, I get a text saying the dentist is sick or we need to cancel. And guess what? You have to wait a whole another month to even get looked at. I tell the lady I’m having issues with my teeth. I possibly have infections and she just tells me well just “you can always go to another dentist” The insurance I have is super hard to even get a dentist to say yes to. So no, I can’t really just go to Another dentist. I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, making every visit comfortable. I'd give a zero if I could..these people do nothing to help you..but cause problems in your life..how are you a dentist office but don't do work there on kids..1st they tell me my daughter needs a root canal. Send me to their greensburg office. I make an appointment, call off work and take my daughter..only for the dentist there, after taking xrays, tells me that he can't do a root canal because her roots aren't grown in..how incompetent is the new ken office to tell me my daughter needs a root canal with no roots. They basically offer no help, tell you what needs done and send you on your way. This is the worst place I've ever gone..it's impossible to find a dentist that takes our insurance and when you do find one and leave a message. You never get a call back.. this place needs report

dentist was alright and staff are mostly respectful but constant scheduling issues, order issues, and returning money that they owe is like pulling teeth from a shark

So I came here to get fillings and a root canal. The root canal happened at Greensburg and was wonderful. The New Kensington office however sent wrong information to my insurance company and then did 4 fillings on the left side. They didnt listen that novicane doesnt work on me and ended up doing 8 shots of it. I was told one filling might be too deep and to call and make an appointment for a root canal if it hurts. When I called back because the left 3 infections in my mouth I was told the dentist is on a 2 week vacation and I cant be seen. This place doesn't care about your wellbeing. Take my advice and fins somewhere else to go.
