Perfect Smile Dental of Greensburg

Two weeks later I'm still in pain from a filling. Never had this problem in the past. Still sensitive. The guy doing the drilling is rude and doesn't talk to you. Looked at me like I was stupid then he had a full on conversation with the other girl that actually filled my tooth during drilling..before that there's no warning of the needle going in. i just don't think you can pay attention if your talking no matter how many teeth youve worked on. Front desk was rude too didn't have answers to simple questions. They told me false information saying I needed four when I only needed two. Supposedly I couldn't see these holes in my teeth and had no pain I almost feel like they just used me for my insurance. I'm just 100% in more pain then when I went in.

Went to get a root canal. I told them when I got there I was in so much pain and that I think it’s infected. Idk the drs name but the bald white guy started the procedure, I could still feel it when he was drilling the roof so I was screaming and pushing his arm away, they gave me extra numbing stuff. The nurse even said “sometimes it’s too infected and just can’t get numb enough.” The dr said “he’s never saw someone still be able to feel it after numbing directly into the root but I could definitely still feel it. So I’m screaming, he takes the mouth cover protector thing off and leaves the room. Doesn’t say anything. The nurse comes back and says “yea he can’t do it”. I heard the Dr say the roots were infected. Nurse put a temporary filling in to cover the hole and they sent me on my way

Was told they would pull a roller for me. A dental emergency. Came in told them I wanted to pull 1 tooth and I know they pull bad teeth... my wife had her whole mouth cleaned out for dentures there you wont fix... so because I wanted one tooth pulled and no other work you refer me to a dentist and hr and 45 minutes away.

If I could give this place a -10, I would. I came in here three months ago with just a cavity and a toothache. They said they could fix a whole bunch of my teeth, so I let them go about their business and upon putting numerous fillings in thought everything would be Good. I have been back in that office almost weekly with the exception of today because they could not get me in for a month to have these fillings put back in because they have fell out. I have spent the last few months not even enjoying anything I’d like to eat for fear of them falling out again and again. So as I sat down in the office today to have three more that fell out again taken care of, they proceed to tell me that the insurance will not cover it anymore because actually they should’ve had crowns on them. I said this

The Dentist/ doctor at Perfect Smile is horrible. I got a root canal and a few months later got a horrible infection. They don't clean your socket enough so you don't get an infection. I called in and didn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. During those three weeks I took steroids that my PCP told me to take. When I got my infected tooth removed I was scared. I was so anxious and shaking. They only numbed me up and I felt some pain . He didn't have any bedside manner. He ripped it out and said I'm done then left. DON'T REPEAT MY MISTAKE. STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THERE!!!!!!
