I reached out to my neighborhood community for an artist who will do permanent eye brows. Inessa's name was overwhelmingly suggested. I decided to contact Inessa at Perfect Permanent and she returned my call very quickly. I made an appt for myself and a friend for a consultation. We felt Inessa was knowledgeable about her artistic craft and she suggested Nano style of eyebrows as our brows were very thin looking. Inessa did an amazing job correcting my microbladed eyebrows that were botched up from another permanent makeup artist. She did pigment/color correction, and completed nano eyebrows that are now very beautiful. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, gentle and skilled. She is always responsive in communications with me. I wish that I would have known about her prior to going to someone else for my first terrible experience with permanent makeup. On Friday, I will return to her for my nano touch up. I love her work so much that I will be getting lip blushing done by her too. I have included photos of the botched brows, Inessa’s work of pigment/color correction, completed nano and nano healed after 5 weeks. Such an amazing difference!
