Rude shows no compassion to some people who have serious health issues and need their medication‘s. They will hang up the phone on you not answer and think everything is a joke when you come in, they stand in the back, laughing and staring at you. It’s not funny they don’t know what someone’s illness is until they find out how they really feel. Maybe they will have some compassion. They’re all young kids and think everything is funny is not. They play on the phone hang up on you. It’s really rude. I had to call from my work phone and they still hung up the phone laughing. It should not be that many kids in the back working it needs to be more pharmacist and older people or managers One time I was given the wrong medication due to the young person at the front not confirming my home address
Terrible pharmacy. Extremely uneducated and unprofessional. Today I called in regarding a prescription of mine and was unfortunate enough to have spoken with Jess. Not sure who or what Jess is or does. The attitude and tone is not something I’ve expected or experienced with PENN before. Her manner is not one that belongs in a hospital “helping” people. Having questions about my prescription she became quickly irritable and unpleasant. I hope I never have to use this pharmacy. Please learn how to help and wait on your patients.
I have no choice but to come here to get my scripts. I never had a problem filling my scripts here in the past, it’s just different now. Most of the people I have had to deal with are so rude! I get a 3 month supply of my heart meds and no one even noticed that I was given medication that was 20mg more than what I normally take! The mistake wasn’t found until I put in a refill. So I went 3 months of taking the wrong dosage!!! Today’s visit I called to make sure the script was in and checked to see how long it would be to fill. The young lady that answered the phone was so rude and when I came to get my scripts she never even put them through!!! Alobo took very good care of me when I got there though. He was even shocked that things weren’t corrected in the system, he called me for my meds
I was with my son in the ER he has virus after long time in the ER we checked out his little brother was with us too I walked inside the pharmacy the first pick up window from the left the blonde hair lady said the doctor didn't send the medicine she said I will work on that I said ok I went to my son outsideI the pharmacy we came back from the restaurant I ask her is it ready she said not yet but almost to be ready this pharmacist came to the door she was moving some notes or changing the she took time she done she went back inside she took her shoulder bag and put her clothes on and she left the medicine was ready my two son was laying down on the seats really tired the other lady pharmacist next to the one left she knows we tired we wait for long time she never call us my son suffering
I really do not understand how you can schedule someone’s appointment at 8:00am, tell them to be there 15 minutes before 8:00am for maintenance chemo treatment and then when we arrive still have to wait for over two hours for the treatment. The excuse: “Well, we are at the mercy of pharmacy.” Pharmacy?? This is one of the most highly qualified, skilled, and with the most highly rated professionals and we are lucky to have that here in Philadelphia. Yet, pharmacy is the reason that patients have to wait over two hours for medication?? It’s insulting, and quite frankly a BS excuse to Penn Medicine. What a disgrace for patience who come from all over, make arrangements to be on time, perhaps even staying in a hotel so that they arrive at the time of their appointment, just to hurry up and w
