These drs are awful! The NP Sarah we saw today was so rude. Incredibly rude. Would not even listen to me, the mother, who has been observing my child 24/7 for 11 years. . Every time we have been here it’s been a ridiculous or negative experience and they are rude. Today was the last time going there. I went straight to urgent care and got a caring dr who listened and believed the mother, as it should be! Don’t waste your time and money here. There are much better options out there!

Sarah the nurse practitioner is a phenomenal provider! Very kind, genuine and bubbly. She truly belongs in the world of pediatrics. We will request to see her as much possible in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Reese & his team! We got our son’s insurance changed over in hopes of getting him connected with Dr. Reese. He is a genuine hearted walking book of knowledge, there isn’t anything you can’t discuss with him that he can’t help you with. Very personable & understanding of littles no matter their age. His patience is top tier. So thankful to have him for our pediatrician!

Every time we go here the NP is argumentative and doesn't listen to what we are telling her. They always treat us like we don't know anything, and then proceed to diagnose with a "best guess", then send us away. Please listen to the parents! We know what's going on with our kids! Never coming back here again.

My family has had such an incredible experience at this office! On countless occasions the nursing staff has answered so many questions for me, got last minute appointments for my kiddos, and promptly addressed any prescription issues for us. We feel so heard by the staff and our pediatrician Dr.Reese. When we switched insurance my only concern was making sure we could still be seen at this office! We are so thankful for them. They have always made sure they're doing the most for my kids and as a mom that is absolutely the most important thing for me. Thank you Pensacola pediatrics for all of your help and support!
