Everyone is very pleasant at this office, they’re caring and they always have answers to questions. The Gastric Nurse Practitioner Ms.Denise Williams is very knowledgeable, she listens and explains anything that I need to understand. I truly appreciate that she doesn’t want just to order a refill for my prescription but she wants to solve my health issues. Her advice is always helpful and she isn’t scared of trying something else to see if it helps me.

The nurse practitioners here are great! Back office staff is friendly and efficient. The check-in lady seem not to like her job much, she always seems in a bad mood. And this is the only office, where you are seated back in the waiting room AFTER your visit and have to wait about another 10-20min to be called to the back again just to schedule a follow-up appointment. Weird set-up and really makes no sense. If you need to be seen fairly quickly because you're in pain or a cancer patient, they will still give you an appointment 2-3 months later! Scheduling staff does not care what the doctors tell the patients and have no compassion for patients needs. There needs to be a better scheduling system in place. Communication is absolutely amazing. Taking time to explain the problem and what we're gonna do to get to the root of the problem is my #1 hope . Other Dr's have said nothing and I've had serious health issues. I don't even have to ask . Its automatically what the visit is about!

Everyone was very nice and friendly and helped me feel at ease which is a big deal when you have anxiety especially in medical situations. They took their time to listen to me and we're very thorough and helpful and gave me important information needed.

It was obvious I was well cared for in spite of being the last patient of the day. All took their time to do everything necessary to see my questions and concerns were answered. Complete and caring.
