I’ve had the most quality experience here, with two children visiting Dr. Ramos for about 10 years now. The staff is quick to assist in any way we need, contacts us to follow up and see how my children are feeling, and offers ideas when we need them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This clinic is more interested in making money than providing quality care to children. If your child is sick and they haven’t had their latest well check up (even if it’s only a few days after) they will deny you care and rudely hang up on you. The doctors came in and out of the room as fast as possible. They were not interested in hearing my concerns, but were quick to talk down to me as the parent. They argued from authority rather than talking to me like a normal person. I was blown away by the lack of knowledge, care, or concern. I will be recommending others to avoid this clinic entirely.

Dr. Antonio has been a blessing to my family. I can feel that she genuinely cares about, not just my son, but us as a family unit. She's always a pleasure to see and is thorough in her evaluations. We would never entertain switching pediatricians or pediatric care providers. The nursing staff has always been friendly. The PA's and nurse practitioners have always provided adequate care. I highly recommend Dr. Antonio to everyone who needs a pediatrician.

We are thrilled with the care we have received for the last four years from this office. Dr. Ramos takes the time to listen and understand any concerns. She’s very experienced in her life personally as a mom of younger and older children as well as a practitioner. She is calm and reasonable. She is also friendly and warm with the children. I can’t imagine a better place or physician to trust for the care of all of our span of children’s ages (teen to newborn).

Dr. Antonio by far has been one of the best pediatricians, my daughter has been with for care. She has seen through everything she has said she would do and I am so excited to see what the future holds for my daughter with her being under Dr. Antonio‘s wing. if I could write her 1 million stars I would. Keep up the good work Pensacola pediatricians and thank you for being awesome to my daughter.
