Pensacola Pediatrics - Airport

We waited for months to be seen just to find out Dr doesn’t know what she is talking about regarding referrals. Tried repeatedly to get what we needed and ended up just leaving without finishing our appointment. Receptionists were also unpleasant to deal with. The whole experience was horrible. Found another Dr that was educated properly at another clinic who met our needs very well. I do not recommend this facility at all! I’m in the works of filing a complaint so others don’t get this same malpractice!!!

this site charges for services they didnt even provide. son has Medicaid so it pays for all his medical but they still want me to come out of pocket 600$ for stuff that wasnt even done by their office. they told us not to come in 3 days before our appointment because they apparently dont know how to send the bill to Medicaid where it belongs. i will be filing a formal complain with this location as well as taking my child to a better company

We've been taking our newborn here since birth. The location is nice and clean, the staff are all very nice, and with online check-in it makes getting in very quick. Dr. Jaalouk is wonderful as well, very professional and great with our daughter. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter & I been taking my grandson here to see Pediatric Dr. She is really nice & thorough!! They even give extra formula if your in need!!

When on the phone with receptionist, she hung up on me rudely. Loved our doctor tho! But will not be returning to this location.
