Can't even give them 1 star, but I HAD to in order to comment. This is the worse experience(s) I've ever had at a doctor! I went to 4 different appointments, early every time, only to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Walked out of appointment # 4 today after waiting nearly an hour and even after eexplaining to them that I had a mandatory meeting to attend at 9. There by 805 and STILL not seen at 855! And all I was there for was the results of my MRI. I've been hurt and in pain for 5 weeks now and still is know nothing. I called 6 or 7 times asking them to call me back as I needed my records sent to another Dr, as I was called on the 19th and advised that the earliest they could see me to give me the results was today 11/02.....not 1 of my calls was returned. I guess people have different experiences but I had my rotator cuff repaired here and I don’t think it could have gone better. I did what was asked of me in therapy and recovery and it turned out great.
