Someone needs to seriously look in to this place and the way they are operating caring for and handling the residents there. When they don’t want to deal with or properly care for a resident they find a reason to send them out to the hospital. They are medically cleared released and they allow them back just long enough so that they can continue to charge and bill for the bed. And then repeat the cycle In the last month or two my relative has been sent to approximately 5 or 6 different hospitals with roughly a 2 day break in between each stay hospitals never find anything wrong but the stays are just long enough so they can continue to get paid to keep a bed. The communication is poor, request for patient care meeting are not honored or followed through on. questionable on if they actuall

Such wonderful people. It was my first time having my disabled adult son in respite care and not only did they take exceptionally good care of him, he adored them and the feeling was mutual. I came back home well rested and will be using them again in the future when I need respite care again.

It’s a tiny building in the back of a tiny street! I’ve heard good ad bad things about this place but I’m hoping it’s a good place being so close , not-many hospitals are around anymore, jeans hospital is a scary mess! I was just I there for week and they still can’t say what happend to me, it’s a joke !! N a 190,000 bill to go along with it !!!sad

Except for a few minor things, I feel the direct care staff, nursing, PT/OT and the administrative staff were caring and professional in their interactions with my wife, myself and our adult children. The minor problems were, my wife’s roommate kept her tv on loud all day and night. Also, there were times when my wife used the call button and staff responded late and sometimes not at all. Other than those things everything was good. I was able to sit in a PT session which was very helpful when my wife was discharged to home. Possibly the tv speakers could be on the channel changers like in hospitals which would be solve the volume problem. And maybe the call buttons can be checked out to see if they are working properly.

Everyone from front desk to housekeeping , assistant and therapists were very courteous, professional, friendly. Very clean and staff is very attentive. Would recommend to anyone.
