I had a detached retina and it was repaired successfully with no complications. All follow up care has been professional friendly and timely. I actually forget to come back for check ups because my eyes are so healthy thanks to this practice. Thank you Dr Truong and staff!!!

Dr Stem is the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met in my life. He’s worked with me with my swollen optic nerve that no one can officially diagnose, and has been very understanding about my health insurance issues. Always very sweet and thorough!

Technician did not explain anything before doing it. I understand everything is routine to her, but not for my mom with dementia. Gave no warning about what she was doing and said “Remember? we do it the same way every time”— when she simply asked where to sit. No—she doesn’t remember, I would appreciate if you explained it calmly. Injections in the eye cause anxiety and the staff did not provide guidance. Doctor was rushed. I’m a healthcare worker myself and was startled by the lack of understanding and compassion.

After a bad experience with another Doctor, Dr Stem was very patient and understanding and explained everything that was wrong with my eye. The whole experience was pleasant and the office staff was caring and attentive. Highly recommend

Had to have laser treatment Dr Through is a very pleasant personable eye specialist. Our eyes are one of the most valuable . The visit was very thorough from the intake person to nurses. The examiner at stage 1 was so friendly and fun to meet. I met the Dr and he was able to answer all our questions explaining all the test results. After that I was very comfortable to let him put a laser in my eyes on my next visit. I wish they had 2 people instead of 1 to do intake. She had to run from intake to scheduling the out going patients. Theres no real privacy that way. And checking out took so much time. I felt so bad for that poor girl behind the windows.
